Ivan Tinitigan was charged with second-degree aggravated assault and weapons offenses, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
On Jan. 13, 2023, at approximately 2 p.m., Tinitigan twice shot at the victim near Ventnor Avenue in Atlantic City, the prosecutor said.
The victim sustained a single gunshot wound to the lower leg.
Through surveillance footage, witness interviews, and cell tower analysis, investigators identified Tinitigan as the shooter.
The case was investigated by the Violent Crimes Unit of the Atlantic City Police Department.
